Refund policy

 

• All items are inspected before dispatch; however, if a product is received damaged or faulty, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting customer care at +92 317 5842771.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If received damaged, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
• Exchanges are limited to replacing the product with another item available in our store.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and exchanged orders will incur a delivery charge of Rs. 249.
• All returns and exchanges must be processed through our designated courier partner.
