Order confirmation

We strive to deliver all orders on time. All orders are confirmed through email, sent to the address you provide at checkout. Before dispatch, our team calls to confirm delivery details, including the expected day and time. Customers are requested to stay available to ensure smooth delivery.

Deliveries are managed by our logistics partners. Riders are instructed to collect payment before handing over the package. If there is any issue wth delivery, the parcel cannot be returned by the rider. 

Shipping charges

All orders are shipped with a flat delivery charge of Rs. 249.

Delivery timeframes

Standard delivery takes 4 - 5 business days. Timelines may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver promptly.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your order.

Missing or damaged items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure your items are delivered.
